Experience ease, embodiment & growth

Network Spinal Chiropractic Care harnesses your energetic fields and intelligences to help you connect and release the tensions retained in your spine. This method helps find stored patterns of tension and growth in your spine. During a treatment session, I’ll make gentle touches at these contact points along your spine to allow your nervous system to reorganize for more ease and flow.

With Network Spinal Chiropractic Care, you can get out of your head, release trauma, move through stuck emotions, and feel grounding, embodiment and an open heart.

What you can expect with Network Spinal Chiropractic Care

  • Number 1

    Introductory Session

You can expect a conversation around what is important to you, your goals (or what life is calling you towards). We’ll have a discussion of the patterns that are or have been stopping or challenging you. Then I can offer an outline for a path moving forward for what we could focus on in your care.

We’ll then get you on the table for your first treatment, called an entrainment in Network Spinal Chiropractic Care. An entrainment consists of a series of gentle contacts on the spine to help unwind tension with guided attention to breath, movement, and energy.

More will be revealed after your entrainment as far as what could help you in your growth and healing that is particular to your goals, life calling and challenges.

  • Number 2

    Connect & Open

We’ll determine the frequency of care after your first visit. Most people typically get entrained once a week, but this depends on your particular situation.

For people new to care, I will be guiding your awareness and coaching you through the entrainment. I’ll apply gentle contacts to your spine, allowing you to release into your natural movements and expressions that “want” to come through.

You may experience a breathwave through the spine, a dolphin-like movement, “wiggling,” emotions, and/or vocalizing sounds. This can leave you feeling more relaxed, heavier on the table, sitting up and walking a bit lighter, upright with no effort, more open in the chest or heart, a sense of spaciousness, more grounded, and generally more yourself.

  • Number 3

    Energize & Sustain

With ongoing care, you may feel more resilient to stress — meaning you are able to handle stressful situations differently, not get as hooked into circumstances, and feel more ease when experiencing stress. You may also feel a greater sense of body awareness and less pain.

Ongoing care to “recharge” and “remember” can be especially beneficial for people who have demanding professions that require you to be on top of your game — whether it’s running a business, leading teams, or leading group transformation/healings.

Ongoing care can help to optimize your nervous system so you can think more clearly, have more insight, feel more like yourself, get reconnected to your source of inspiration, and have more energy to serve.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Expect the unexpected — and know that I will guide you through the process guiding your awareness, breath, movement, and energy to particular parts of your spine. I will encourage natural expression of how your spine wants to move, sound, stretch, and breathe.

  • Group table sessions at the office are scheduled every 30 minutes, and there are two spots available. Typically if and when sessions go over time, there is a third table in the room so you can take a few moments to process. Sometimes you may enter an expanded state, move through some emotions, or experience some form of energy still moving through your body.

  • Private sessions in the office are offered from 9-10 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and from 2-3 p.m. on Mondays. You may book these directly via our online scheduler.

I also offer private in-home sessions. Please contact me directly at drkreson8@gmail.com if you’d like to book a private in-home session.

  • We’ll determine the frequency and length of care after your first visit. Most people typically get entrained once a week, but this depends on your particular situation.

You’ll likely experience ease after your first session, and the effects will accrue with continued time in care. I usually encourage folks to commit to a series of sessions during the Connect & Open period to give yourself the best opportunity for more consistent results.

  • Somatic Respiratory Integration (SRI) exercises promote body-mind awareness and personal growth. They incorporate specific breathing patterns, movement, use of visualization, acknowledgments to access and embody different states of consciousness.
