I’m paddling for my life, trying to duck under the next wave
coming at me. I’m trying to survive out in the ocean,
exhausted. The next wave clips me and I'm thrown out of my
body. As I get back in my body, there is an overwhelming sense
of peace and quiet and no thought. Bliss fills my body.
Thirty years later I have context for that experience and
becoming more familiar with this quiet space where awareness
seems to reside. Throughout my career I have helped people
access their awareness — whether to help them heal from an
injury, clear old thought patterns to find more energy, or get
more aligned within themselves. Now I get to guide my clients
to harness that awareness and get them where they are headed.
